Computer-Controlled Analogue stains (2018)

A bunch of substances (including, but not limited to:
Toothpaste, hand soap, paint, ink, strawberries, sriracha) 
scanned between two acetate sheets and then heavily
manipulated in photoshop.

Experimenting with both analogue and digital approaches 
to image making in an attempt to create something new and
unfamiliar out of everyday objects and substances.

By presenting common substances in a new light, this hybrid
process challenges the familiarity of these substances and invites 
us to consider the alchemical potential of digital intervention
on our physical reality.
