Main Titles/Logo Design
While working with the folks at plucky LA, I got the opportunity to pitch logo ideas for the peacock show Based on a True Story. Ultimately the client decided to move forward with a logo made by a fellow colleague at plucky, but I still got to set the final type and colors for every card in every episode of the show.
Here’s some of the final main title cards and a few of the unused logos I designed for the show. The client was asking for something inspired by pulp magazines, and my creative director tasked me with doing some designs inspired by Saul Bass.
Feel free to move the logos around, just because you can.
